Our Leadership Team
Christine David – President & Co-Founder
Christine is a very accomplished leader and she has more than 20 years of experience in the development and management of organizations particularly in healthcare. She is a professional in quality, operations and finance.
Her primary objective at Aspire is to ensure our programs are outstanding, solvent, and actually have a difference. She oversees it all, including the quality of programs offered to do the main strategic planning that will result in the impact of Aspire and bring impressive outcomes every time.
Muhammad Ayaz Jarral – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Co-Founder
As Co-Founder and CEO, Ayaz provides strategic direction and leadership across Aspire’s operations. With extensive experience in healthcare management, business development, and community engagement, he drives organizational growth while ensuring program integrity and mission alignment.
Ayaz is passionate about creating opportunities that empower veterans and communities through education, workforce readiness, and access to care.
Amran Pasha – Founding Partner & Strategic Advisor
Amran is one of the founders of Aspire and he is offering the financial care and long-term strategic vision that we should expand and become stable. He has a rich background in investment, business finance.
He runs our capital projects, joint ventures, and mega projects. Amran makes sure that Aspire has good finances and is responsible enough to make all its programs viable and prepared to have long-term impacts.
Salman Bhatti – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Salman keeps Aspire’s programs running smoothly, both nationally and internationally. He oversees daily operations, manages key partnerships, and implements our projects.
His core responsibility is ensuring that all of Aspire’s initiatives are delivered efficiently, meet all compliance standards, and achieve their measurable performance goals. Essentially, he ensures we do what we say we’re going to do, and we do it well.
Tholyn Thwyman – Chief of Staff (COS), International Strategies
Provides executive coordination and strategic oversight across Aspire’s leadership divisions while spearheading the organization’s international partnerships and outreach.
As the Chief of Staff, Tholyn streamlines the national operations to the global development objectives, connecting the U.S based healthcare, workforce and community programs to sustainable international impact projects.
